Welcome to the official Randolph Middle School Parent-Teacher Organization website! Randolph Middle School is a full-magnet, public International Baccalaureate school, part of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District. Our PTO’s purpose is to support the students, staff, and parent/guardian community at RMS. • PTO Meeting

  

  The final PTO Board meeting of this school year is on Thursday, May 16 (NEW DATE!) at 6 PM in the Media Center. Come meet next year’s PTO Board and vote for our incoming offers. We hope to see you there!

• 8th Grade T-Shirts

  

  It’s not too late to purchase 8th grade shirts! Shirts are $12 each and there will be a shirt-signing party for students during the final week of school.

• Spirit Night @ Pizza Peel Cotswold

  

  Thursday, May 16 (NEW DATE!), from 5 to 9 PM is our next Spirit Night at Pizza Peel in Cotswold. Join us after PTO Board meeting or after school sports and activities or place an order and pickup, just call (704) 714-8808. No matter how you take your slice, be sure to mention Randolph Middle School and 10% of all sales will come back to Randolph!

• Cross Country

  

  Cross Country returns to Randolph this fall! If you or your athlete are interested in learning more about our winning running program, the sport of cross country, or have any questions, please contact Head Coach Jocelyn Ingram at jocelyningram@gmail.com. Registration for Cross Country begins August 1st

• Front Office Volunteers Needed

  

  We’ve added more time slots for our front office volunteers! The office staff needs particular help on Tuesdays, when they are short-staffed and could especially use the help. It’s a great way to contribute, and you’ll meet staff, students, and other parents! The time flies, and you will make a huge difference. Volunteers are welcome ANY time — you are not restricted to these times and dates.  Grandparents and friends are welcome to sign up, too! Sign up here.

  Reminder: You must be registered and approved by CMS in order to volunteer at RMS or any CMS school. Login to renew your eligibility or sign up if you are first-time volunteer: CMS Volunteers.

• Give to the Convenience Closet

  

  It’s that time of year and we need to replenish a few items for our Nurse’s Office and Convenience Closet including gently used Raider apparel, girls t-shirts, and girls leggings. In addition, we updated the Amazon Wish List for those that wish to purchase and have items shipped directly to the school. Additional items may be sent to the front office labeled: Jill Pickett/Convenience Closet. Thank you for your support!

• Who’s Who at RMS

  Back to school means you may have some questions and we have you covered with a LIST of who you may reach out to for answers, including grades, attendance, athletics, PTO, and much more. Don’t forget to bookmark it!

• Link Your Shopping to RMS

  It’s time to make sure you link your shopping accounts to Randolph, which allows Randolph to benefit from regular day-to-day activities of our RMS families!

  • Publix: To sign up, create a “My Publix” account by clicking here. Then login to your account, click on “My Profile”, click on “My Publix Partner” from the scroll bar, and select Randolph Middle School.
  • Harris Teeter: Link your Harris Teeter VIC Card to Randolph here. VIC Cards must be relinked each August. Randolph’s code is 1633. Each customer can link up to five (5) schools to their account. With each purchase of select Harris Teeter products, Harris Teeter contributes a percentage to Randolph.

  

• Randolph Yard Signs

  

  Share your Raider pride with your neighborhood! Randolph yard signs are now available for purchase in the office during school hours. Signs are $12 each; office staff can accept cash (exact change preferred) or checks payable to Randolph PTO.
